Artist teams, fan-club operators and event organizers

Make a small room feel like a thoughtful invitation.

For listening sessions, fan-club events and limited artist experiences, explain who qualifies and give the door team a pass it can check once.

Music first. Free for fans. Paid, supported partner pilots.

Choose a record that represents the invitation

Attendance or a recent membership record can support an artist-specific campaign. Define what the record means: a membership observed on a date is not proof it will remain active forever. Import a current authorized roster before opening claims.

Plan the door, not just the announcement

Assign a verifier account to the event operator and rehearse checking and redeeming a token. Access requires a connection to the service; offline scanning is not included. Do not use the pass as an identity document, age check or substitute for venue safety procedures.

Make the review path visible

Give fans a support route for inaccessible records or an email mismatch. A manager can add a documented record and re-evaluate the same policy. Declines and approvals remain reviewable; the fan can request one appeal and can withdraw consent.

Keep the learning useful for the next event

Review claim volume, missing-record cases, door redemptions and support workload. Do not publish fan identities or anecdotal success as a case study without permission. Use the pilot to decide whether repeat events justify a deeper fan-club integration.

Start with the access moment.

Questions to answer before launch

Can a pass be shared?

It is a bearer token, so someone holding a copy could attempt to redeem it. Only one redemption succeeds. Your team decides whether to check additional identity at entry.

Can we accept people outside the verification allocation?

Yes, through your separately managed guest or general-access process. Multiple allocation pools are not built into one campaign.

Can the fan withdraw?

Yes. Withdrawal revokes access and clears current evidence and appeal details. Minimal claim records and historical audit explanations remain until the campaign retention deadline.

Bring one artist. Plan one useful pilot.

Build a campaign brief with the benefit, evidence, allocation and review owner. Download it or prepare an email to the GenuineFan team—no fan database required.
