GenuineFan

Artist managers, independent promoters and fan-club teams

Your fans. Your rules. Their first chance.

Fan verification for music teams deciding who gets access to a presale, a limited merch drop, or a fan experience. Start with your own records. Keep your ticketing and email tools.

Music first. Free for fans. Paid, supported partner pilots.

A campaign decision, not a popularity score

Decide what qualifies before inviting fans. GenuineFan matches an applicant’s verified email to purchase, attendance or membership records your team is authorized to use. A policy determines the result. A social follow, quiz score or email-list subscription does not independently qualify a fan.

A practical first campaign

Choose an upcoming access moment, a real allocation, a record source and a review owner. Import a prepared CSV, publish the requirements, and distribute the link from the artist’s existing email and social accounts. Fans can see the offer before signing in and choose whether to apply.

An access pass you can check

Qualifying claims receive a signed, expiring bearer token. Your authorized operator checks its current state and records one redemption. Revoked or withdrawn passes cannot be used. The ticket sale or fulfillment remains in your existing system; a pass is not a purchased ticket.

A result worth reviewing together

Track submitted claims, eligibility, review workload, redemptions and partner-reported purchases separately. Start with a supported pilot, learn where records are missing, and agree on the evidence needed for a repeat campaign. We do not claim conversion lift before measuring it.

Start with the access moment.

Questions to answer before launch

Can you verify everyone on our mailing list?

No. The artist invites its audience. A mailing-list address alone is not evidence of fandom. Only fans who sign in, consent and apply receive a campaign decision.

What does a pilot cost?

We are testing a $1,500 supported campaign with up to 500 claims, setup and a results review. Scope and price are agreed before launch; fans do not pay to qualify.

Do we need to replace our ticketing platform?

No. The first pilot uses a manual access-desk handoff. Automatic ticketing, checkout and Mailchimp campaign integrations are not included.

Is this already running artist campaigns?

The music pilot implementation is available for review with an isolated demo. A customer launch needs deployment, agreed data permissions and a real-account rehearsal. The demo does not represent an artist partnership.

Bring one artist. Plan one useful pilot.

Build a campaign brief with the benefit, evidence, allocation and review owner. Download it or prepare an email to the GenuineFan team—no fan database required.
